At US Medical Innovations & Solutions , we believe that every patient deserves to be diagnosed correctly. We know how important it is to get a correct diagnosis as early as possible, because it can mean the difference for patients and their families.

That’s why our company was founded by Juan Fajardo, he saw a need for physicians to have the right tools at the right time to diagnose their patients as early as possible. We understand that every patient is someone’s family member and we take that very seriously—we see every patient as if they could be our own family members.

We provide products to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Our biopsy needles, needle guides and special access devices improve patient outcome, reduce complications and increase efficiency for doctors both in the office for diagnosis and during surgery.
